Sarcastic Haiku 27-29: The AVP Insight Trilogy

Note: These might not work. I grew up with sci-fi movies like Alien and Predator (saw the sequel of the former and the first of the latter in theatres despite age restrictions, which I'm sure added to the joy I got from seeing them). I would hate these to be the only kind of punchlines that people who like to dress up as Stormtroopers and Klingons would get. Lemme know what you think.


Sarcastic Haiku 27: Question

Symbolic standoff,
Alien and Predator.
Who's Kerry? Who's Bush?


Sarcastic 28: Alien

Creature's driving need
for forced pregnancy and birth
is Bush's pro-life.


Sarcastic 29: Predator

Like Kerry, warlike,
but might wait for sight of arms
before the slaughter.

Yes, the predator really did that. Honorable and all that. No real hope to break in to politics with even that basic primitive set of ethics.

The alien, on the other hand, might be a surprise GOP speaker this August.

Might have to vote these three off the S.H. island. We'll see.
