Heaven forbid the MBTA actually have to work at this. What if, for instance, the MBTA accidentally picked one of Fenway's five hundred scalpers to bag check? Why that might have meant that a police officer would actually have to talk to one of those annoying clowns that litter Kenmore Square in the summer.
