When Lynne and I were together, we ended up taking quite a few silly photos that I never posted here for whatever reason.
She took the ones below a couple of years back, when I was planning to write about my job. I think I stopped the post when I wasn't even sure I was going to have the job a month, or even a week, down the road.
A year and some contract switching later, the job at the VA Hospital is still mine, with a boatload of work to look forward to a few hours from now. At least I still get the reap the greatest benefit from the job....
I get to wear a cool white coat like all the doctors do. This makes me appear to be far more intelligent that I actually am. Sometimes, I look like a butcher, but that's a small price to pay for the scientific poses I am able to strike.
