NaPoWriMo, Day Ten, Poem Ten

Probably been spending way too much time editing my earlier entries, but oh well. It's been hard to focus, but at least I'm able to jot down one idea per day in my book.

Hopefully, over the weekend, I will have time to be a little more playful with different forms (I'm dying to try a sonnet). The closest I've gotten so far are the two haiku and the hay(na)ku that follows below. Yes, something else for She Who Won't Be Named.

Towards Another Poem for ----

Mind
flips between
sex and death

using
a coin
that I'm suspecting

is
double sided
with skull faces.

I
want you
to take it

spin
it on
my mind's floor,

despite
all of
its loose boards.

I'll
only lose
if you stop.
