I first saw the "La Linea" shorts when they appeared as segments in "The Great Space Coaster," a show that introduced kids like me to a number of foreign animated shorts. I told a friend I would post a YouTube link here, so here it is.
There are many variations of the character's voice (depending on the country), but this version was what I heard first, so it's my favorite. Today, I even use a variation of this voice when I entertain my cousins' kids (and even my adult friends, as some can attest).

Just so you know, there is a technical term for the gibberish that La Linea speaks: grammelot-- in this case, since La Linea uses some Italian, he is speaking Italian grammelot.
And yes, very very cool
