Sarcastic Haiku: Election/Post Election

You know about my Sarcastic Haiku (if not, you can click here for a quick intro). I hadn't written too many in the last year or so due to the unfunny nature of the political world. I guess the hope theme of the past election was catchy, since I at least had the impetus to write these.

Sarcastic Haiku 76: McCain's Silent Majority

"Look? A stuffed monkey
with Obama's name on it!
Get it? Get it? Get...?"

Sarcastic Haiku, 77: American Haiku Presents: Election Day 2008

Five-sev-five galore!
U.S. votes for war or war!
Give us more! Give us more!

Sarcastic Haiku 78: Day After Election

Surburban riots!
Garbage cans set on fire
night before trash day.

Sarcastic Haiku 79: His Father's Footsteps

No Bush term's complete
without having someone named
Hussein left in charge.
