Schooled
The veteran poetry host was not hosting the reading tonight.
Forced to sit, he reminded us that real haikus are about nature
and that he didn't have anything to do with the reading tonight.

Hi Chad, very nicely done. I love the irony in the middle line - that the veteran poetry host would also have known that the plural of Haiku isn't haikus - Many thanks for playing The American Sandwich game.
Actually, that ironic line...wasn't...intentional...Nuts.
