July 25th: Stone Soup Invaded by Somerville

The Bagel Bards are a group that meet every Saturday morning at the Au Bon Pain in Somervile's Davis Square. A while back, they started publishing anthologies of poetry from their various members (I was even in a couple of them in the early days). This year saw the publication of their sixth volume of Bagels with the Bards. This Monday, you can not only purchase a copy at Stone Soup but see and hear many of the contributors read. This is a great chance to hear a greater diversity of poetic voices than you might be normally accustomed to (even at Stone Soup!), so this should not be missed.
