What I've Learned From Committees, Part Three

People have been abused to the point that, sadly enough, a successful collaboration for many been defined as:

1. Person A submits work to Person B.
2. Person B lists specific changes to be made.
3. Person A makes changes regardless of feelings towards changes or logic behind them.
4. Person B receives changes and says good job to Person A.
