Brought M, who is vegetarian, over to enjoy the festivities of my family. This included Mom making a tofurkey dish for her (and my aunt, who is full vegan).
Below is said tofurkey just before being put in the over.
I'll likely include an "after" shot later. For now, I'm retreating to bed for a few hours rest before I visit M's family (my first dual visit T-Day in years).
