A Waffle House Saga to Remember

I occasionally read other blogs on a variety of subjects.  Comic bloggers are fun to follow because they tend to write about anything with far more zeal, abandon and humor.  This reposted epic Twitter feed of a recent Waffle House visit is worth posting here.

Hi, I bought a copy of an old Beacon Street Review (from 1996!) on Amazon and your poem, The Game, was GREAT! I enjoyed! Just wanted to tell ya. It was Volume 10, Number 1.

Karen, here.

No prob. When something is good, peeps should know! Hey, I left you a comment down further on the overpriced entry (didn't know ehat else to call it). I saw some books where I bought that BSR I saw your poem in and thought you might want to look since you are ammasing a collection of Stone Soup Poetry Stuff. I never met that Jack Powers guy, but I've read about him. Good luck collecting the books he published!

Thanks so much. Let me know if you're in Boston. I currently host Stone Soup, the series Jack founded, and I'm even doing a panel on Stone Soup this May at the Massachusetts Poetry Festival.
