I come across mini-memorials like this a lot, especially in South Boston. Sometimes I can deduce who they're for. Sometimes I take a picture thinking I'm going to figure it out, which I never do.
Yesterday, I looked around Copley Square wanting to take a picture of the city at night. Then I came across this...
Hard to see from this photo, but when I came across this outside of the Copley Square out entrance, the green shoots seemed very...wreath-like.
It's as if nature remembered there being something green placed there some ago and decided to replace it all on its own, a perpetual memorial to some tragedy or string of forgotten tragedies.
That's what I thought anyway.
