While my year has ended badly in regard to the passing of loved ones, I can take solace that Stone Soup couldn't have started or ended any better than it did. My thanks to everyone who featured, read at the open mic, or just came to listen in 2015. Arguably one of the biggest successes of the year was the Stone Soup Poetry Slam. Since starting shortly after our forty fourth Anniversary, the slam has helped Stone Soup see some of its largest audiences since relocating to the Out of The Blue's new home. We are starting it up again next Monday to kick off 2016. Please be in attendance even though I may not be. This will be an amazing beginning to 2016.
