This month marks my official tenth anniversary as an employee at my current (and long time) base of operations.
Unofficially, I've been working here for thirteen years. For the first three, I was hired through another organization. I was officially hired in 2007.
For years, I was hanging by threads, neither a contract employee technically, but neither a permanent one. That finally changed a few years ago once I moved to other departments.
I'm grateful and shaken by how much time I've spent there. I not sure what's in store for me for the next two months, let alone the next ten years. All I can say is wish me luck.
