I have to try and get less hung-up about what time my work shows up. It's only "late" because of outside forces, not because I'm lazy. I can't worry if I can't post everything on line at "peak times." Then I'll get too obsessed and won't put anything out ever again.
Focus on the work. If it's good enough, and I'm as professional as I can be, people will watch it. I have to try to have faith in that.
