When my girlfriend was away in July, I didn't have much time to do anything except pack to move and walk everywhere. This led to the most exercise I've done all year. This snapshot is from July 22, where I celebrated a perfect exercise week and a record 13 days longest move streak record. If I'm going to sweat, I might as well have it be productive.
