This Week's Important Friendly Reminder

"Holidays Can Be Triggering--Check on Your Friends."

  It's never too late to be aware that the holidays can be difficult for many people. This coming December will mark anniversaries for the deaths of my father, grandmother and sister.

Even this month, I always note the last Thanksgiving we had with my father, twelve years ago now.

I get by just by going through the routines of the holidays, as difficult as it can be. Some can't even do that. It's good to keep that in mind.

Even on Veterans day, it's important to know that even saying "Thank you for your service" is not always the right thing to say to a veteran.

Take care of yourselves this coming holiday deluge, and  help someone take care of themself if you have the opportunity.
