Slightly longer than my City Haiku, which are also city-centric.
Shorter than most of my From Picture to Page poems.
That's about it.
I came up with my Tanka 'bout Town idea in late 2018. I decided to try it further. I ended up with...six for 2019.
Considering how much time my Picture to Page poems took, I'm surprised I got that many done.
Turns out most of my Tanka this year were for What Rough Beast. Nice surprise.
I just want to do more of everything next year. That's all.
