My Fluff Trophy

The best payment I ever received for a poetry reading. I read as a feature for Speak UP: Spoken Word back in August of 2013at the Walnut Street Cafe in Lynn, Massachusetts. After my feature, I was presented with  a jar of Fluff marshmallow spread (which is made in Lynn). It was signed by everyone in attendance, which included one or two people no longer with us, including the late Rozi Theohari.

Sadly, I had to let this go during my recent move. Just as well. Some of the writing was starting to fade.

Thankfully, this writing was on the inside part of the lid. It's from north shore poet and editor M.P. Carver

Dear Chad, Great stuff as always! Thank you for everything you do for the community and your amazing words! -M.P.
