While returning cans and bottles, I came across this very modest and unassuming church, the Voice of the Gospel Tabernacle in Mattapan.
My thoughts on religion aside, I admire people who start up any kind of gathering in the most unconventional of places.
Plus I found it funny that I found a church on the same block as a place for returning cans and bottles. Otherwise known as a...redemption center.
