I saved a GIF file of this Tom Tomorrow cartoon *made back in 2002 on the verge of GWs Iraq invasion) as a sequel to a strip the cartoonist drew when George Bush Senior launched Operation Desert Storm. Never thought we'd get a potential threepeat to this premise just before the end of the first quarter of the twenty-first century.
