A new year means new faces from the city's most recyclable graffiti artist.

The Face artist is getting around more. It's getting so I can't keep up with all his bag art pieces.

Another Saturday, Another Set of Faces

I don't think I ever used the term "recyclable art" when describing the Face artist. Whatever the collective ends up calling it, I'm glad I'm seeing it around Jamaica Plain more.

Nice Surprise

Walked down to Jamaica Pond and found more removable graffiti by the Face guy (or gal). Good to be reminded that not everything happens on Centre Street.

Aha!

I thought the Face guy's work was miraculously staying up. Turns out he's just replacing faces. 

 

More of the Face Guy

The Face guy I talked about back in November is still around. This photo is from another location. Mr. Face has lost pieces of his plastic graffiti in both places, but several pieces still remain. Given how ephemeral his art is to begin with, this is impressive.

Faces on...Plastic?

To follow up the last post, here's the graffiti artist I call Face..putting graffiti on plastic before putting it on a pole? Portable graffiti? Easily disposable graffiti? Interesting concept. Will it catch on?

This Artist Got Interesting

I'll just call this person Face. I saw one or two of his pieces around Jamaica Plain, but I didn't give it  a second thought until last week. What happened last week? Stay tuned.
