Some people might argue that since these toys are propped up on fences, it means that they can be found by the parents, which would make this a good and happy outcome. However, between the chaos of parenting, the addition of modern concerns like COVID-19 and the fact that I saw this toy in the same place one day after taking the picture, I don't think this best-case scenario happens a whole lot.
