It's amazing how that one holiday album from Johnny Mathis shaped my expectations of all holiday music I would hear in the future. The YouTube clip of his "Merry Christmas" cover is from that same album. Unfortunately, it's blocked in this country, so here's a live version.

My Mom had this  Johnny Mathis album and played it constantly on her stereo ever December for years. No surprise this is my favorite version of "Winter Wonderland."
