Stone Soup Croutons BONUS, 10-23-19, Dealing Out
Stone Soup Croutons is a weekly poem I write using lines and impressions picked up from poems overheard from Stone Soup's open mic readers and features. I figure out a title (and sometimes the rest of the poem) later. That goes up every Friday. Today is different.
Last Wednesday, I took a trip out into Lowell to feature at the new venue Let's Have Words. I can't do this every time, but I try to do mash-up poems of other open mics when I can. This was a good small gathering that mostly included storytellers. It was a interesting combination, to good to not try and share. Thanks for reading. Regular crouton poem will be up on Friday.

See Me Feature at Let's Have Words This Wednesday
In a very rare departure from my usual routine, instead of hosting Stone Soup Poetry I'll be featuring at Let's Have Words this Wednesday at The Hearing Room in Lowell. Thanks to hosts Stephan Anstey and Dave Tierney for having me and especially making sure I can make it to the gig. If you're from or around the Lowell Massachusetts area, I hope you can make it out.
