Gordon Marshall has been a mainstay open miker at Stone Soup, only featuring there once twenty years ago (invited by Jack Powers). His humility is such that I never even knew that until I booked him for this Monday, and he mentioned it in his bio.
Gordon is an example of the type of die hard open mikers I love to reward for writing and performing work that's consisentently good, if not better, week after week. Come see him feature on the 20th at Stone Soup.
