Dear Friends and Poets,
After a brief hiatus, NO INFINITE is back for a special election issue: #4 VOTE FOR NO ONE.
We're pulling together a quick issue in protest of the ongoing presidential charade we're living through in the U.S. NO INFINITE stands in direct opposition to the deceptive and racist rhetoric that currently passes for electoral debate. We celebrate the possibilities of poetry to confront the dead language of politics.
In this spirit, we invite you to send: radical poetries, political poems, translations, polemics, or black and white artwork for our next issue. Poems not about the election preferred. Women, writers of color, and other marginalized voices encouraged to send work. Deadline: October 16.
Launch party / anti-election night / poetry reading / open mic on November 8th (venue TBA in Boston/Cambridge). We'll print a few hundred copies and post a free .pdf on November 8th.
