A New "Summer's End" Poem for 2021

Hopefully, this will be a new tradition with a new hay(na)ku every year.

Click here for the hay(na)ku poem I've posted every summer's end for a while.

Bye to Summer, 2021

There
goes latest
crazy ex-girlfriend.

Hope
the storm
goes with her.

Had
to go
clean up yard

after
each of
her crying fits.

Made
you regret
staying at party.

School
yards hold
far less drama.

Work
never was
this much work.

Each
precious moment
cost us dear.

She
leaves when
we've had enough,

hopes
we forget
come next year.
