Keeping Things to Myself

I don’t shit post as much as I used to years ago.

If I bitch, I try to keep it about politics.

If I’m angry about something in my life, I always try to make it amusing. 

That’s if I post about it at all on social media. 

Things are harder than ever now, but I’ve changed.

I just don’t struggle for your amusement anymore.

I struggle simply to get things done. 

And perhaps to work toward some form of contentment.

Beyond that, you’ll just have to imagine.

Annoying Thought of the Day

I get the feeling that Twitter is killing poets faster than it can promote them. 

All those good poems lost to tweets that will be lost to time when Twitter can't maintain it's popularity without Trump.
