Steve Glines Features at Stone Soup Poetry, 5-13-26

From this week's online gathering. Thanks to Steve Glines for hanging with us for a fun night. Remember when poetry could be fun? I do. Kinda. Come back next week for more.

Don't Know What My Face is Doing Here, but Okay

Thanks to Steve Glines for a wonderful reading to help continue Stone Soup's fifty-fifth anniversary celebration. Thanks to everyone who came out to be part of it. We're keeping on. Come back next week for Meg Smith's feature.

May 13: Steve Glines Comes Back from the Wilderness

Steve Glines was helping to organize Stone Soup Poetry (including its website) when I first started going as an open micer and a feature. Steve moved on to do his own things as an editor and publisher, and he hasn't stopped yet.

Steve is one of the Stone Soup alum coming home for its fifty-fifth anniversary.

We hope you can celebrate with us this month.

Join us on Wednesday, May 13, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM ET by clicking this link.

The meeting ID is 856 1078 4868

Good to Be Me Today

Some formatting of my poems had to be fixed over at Wilderness House Literary Review.

Thankfully, it was done very quickly. I'm lucky Steve Glines works fast.

That's why I changed my original post about WHLR to having five poems published instead of four. I got confused!

Now I can go back to Jonesing about my name being at the top of the poetry contributors.

Out Today!

Five of my poems appear in the Summer 2023 issue of Wilderness House Literary Review. Thanks to Publisher Steve Glines and Poetry Editor for accepting my work.

New Work Up

My poems "America Has Everything to Lose," "Free Advice" and "Florida" are in the summer issue of Wilderness House Literary Review. Thanks to Publisher Steve Glines and Poetry Editor Ravi Yelamanchilli for including my work. It's good to be back in the journal.
