I like the Obama parody "Chump" posters of Trump, but the Jester  hat drawn on is a bit much. Were this made by The Jester, a graffiti artist I've documented before?

Today's the Perfect Time

Been wanting to introduce the graffiti artist I call The Jester for a while. This person has been paining jester hats everywhere. This piece on the corner of Huntington and South Huntington Avenues isn't even the best or biggest one there is. I'll show that later this year.
