Poetry mixed with therapy (isn't it always?) got me to pen the poem below. It doesn't incorporate too many naughty bits from Toni's set, but I did crib some Kurt Vonnegut. 

It's a poem calling for self care during the holidays. Self care is often the first thing out the window when we commence our holiday habits these days. But what if?
