One From My College Years
Celebrating the birth of my friend Dale, I took to unearthing pictures and articles from my personal archives of The Gatepost, the student paper we both worked on. Some of the things I found were unrelatd to Dale but fascinating enough that I will post them soon.
The photo above is from the Spring of 1994, when I was asked (read: intimidated) to be part of a dunking tank during a Spring fair. To be fair, back then, I didn't need as much prodding back then as I would need today.
The photo was a favorite in the artist and would be used for a couple of recruitment ads like the one here.
And yes, my glasses were really thick back then. that's why I wore wire rim glasses for years after this. It was all backlash.
