On the evening of April 27, I will be going down to the Dudley Cafe in Dudley Square for another excellent night of poetry. It will be the perfect finish to National Poetry Month. The Amazing WoMen Poetry Showcase is being organized by Stone Soup Poetry and Blue Rose. There's eight scheduled performers for the showcase not including the open mic. Open mice poets should come with work around the theme "You don’t know me … but you are me"to compliment the showcasing performer's work on trauma and healing. I encourage you all to come out and not only support the poets but also support the Dudley Cafe, who has gone above and beyond to support the local poetry scene.
