Reading the Signs, Getting the Message

We didn't rent a car in Panama City. That's fine. I walk everywhere at home anyway. I try to walk everywhere I go.

It wasn't a problem, for the most part. Still, finding very few sidewalks and seeing these signs knocked around didn't give me a lot of confidence at first.
