Over the years, I've introduced workshops or little writing challenges and hoped for the best. Only very rarely am I successful. The majority show zero interest.
The few that want a workshop already take them. The rest out there don't want to learn, don't want to venture out of their comfort zones.
The most vocal people speaking up for workshops? They envision themselves as teachers.
