Picking Up the Pace

I get this message from my Apple Watch every time I pass my exercise goal (over 30 minutes) before eight in the morning.

Excerise goal achieved: You passed your Exercise goan - and the day has just begin!

I've done it twice so far this week. I'm going for a third tomorrow.
