This Week's Friendly Reminder

For something a little different, here's a small poster that was hanging up in the school my girlfriend works at. I guess the Y volunteers here, but I'm sure the poster was put up for the kids in light of the pandemic.

Your Health and Wellness Are Very Important to Us at The Y! Stay home if you are sick- You can work out with a Team-Y Coach with our Workouts on Demand on the YMCA of Greater Boston app. Wash hands - Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, before leaving the Y and especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Use hand sanitizer - Upon entering or eiting th Y, use the hand sanitizer located in the branchy. Keep hands away - Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Cover your sneeze - Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash, or cough or sneeze into your elbow if neccessary. Disinfect equipment. Clean and disinfect all equipment and weights with the wipes provided.

Cleanliness guidelines and common courtesy in 2020. So easy, only a child can do it.
