For years, I was accustomed to Mondays being my unofficial "weekend" time because of Stone Soup (plus the fact that Fridays at work consisted of meetings and other senseless protocol for years). I don't have Stone Soup on Mondays anymore, but Fridays never took back the spot as a happy day for me.
So I'm surprised to find that I'm in a really great mood this morning.
Despite some annoying news, I pushed through and put up the Croutons poem before work started.
Didn't think it would be such a gamechanger, but it is. I feel great.
Let's see if I can keep this feeling going.
