As an editor, my favorite contributors and regulars include those who need little to no editing.

Taking second place are people who are willing and grateful to be edited.

Dead last place is reserved for those who believe they require little to no editing. The most dangerous.

None of my favorites think their work is entitled to a light editorial touch. 

The ones in last place think they're my favorites.
