Two and a Half Hours

That’s how long I waited on the phone for someone to help me last night. 

After no more than fifteen minutes of talking to someone, I was all set.

Strange to say, it was worth it.

The most surprising thing was finding someone polite and professional at the end of a one hundred and fifty minute wait.

Having been on the receiving end of a troubleshoot call many times in the past, I imagine I must’ve been his easiest client all evening.
