We
will be celebrating the life and art of poet, artist, and filmmaker
Mick Cusimano this Friday, November 11 at Somerville's Arts at the Armory.
Since
the 1980s Mick was an integral part and contributor to our creative
community with his poetry, film and animation, artwork, co-host of
Squawk Coffeehouse, and co-editor of Squawk Magazine. We will be showing
a sampling of three of his films, with commentary.
I
will be hosting the evening "open mic" format. If you can make it and
would like to say a few words about Mick, or share a poem or song, let
me know. If you can't make it and would like me to read a few words on
your behalf, send along.
