I've seen this guy before on sidewalks and on walls. Last month I saw him again.

It still has the Liefeldian lack of realistic feet, but I think the artist still put in effort. It looks more like he's wearing tissue boxes on his feet instead of flippers or socks.
It was already being washed away when I took these. it was gone way before this week's rain. At least it's something to make me smile as I try and publish more comics related work this week.
