In a recent Twitter/X post last Thursday, Gnashing Teeth Publishing showed one of the end results of an erasure poem project I was allowed to participate in.
I was given a page from a book (can't remember the title if there was one on the page) to do with as I pleased.
It took me a while. I received the page in May and finally sent it back in July.
I'm grateful they still accepted my work.
In addition to the final collection, they will also have a 3 " binder that will be on loan to people who want to teach erasure poetry in workshops.
I hope this project becomes an eventual collection you can order online. I would love to see what other poets did.
I still have copies of my notes. Maybe I'll show my work here someday.
