The city is getting worse with its graffiti slopovers.
I used to think that the paint the non-matching paint over the graffiti was a bad thing, but now I wonder if it's an unintentional positive. It's just going to make some people wonder what they were covering. Maybe even keep their eyes out next time something is put up.
