I only traveled as far as Rhode Island and northern Massachusetts this summer.
No flights. No beaches. No camping.
Now I feel guilty.
Summer indoctrination works well even on those who hate summer.
As with everything this year, my schedule is messed up. I will be posting highlights later today as I had no time to post them this weekend.
Good things happened this summer, adventures happened, but mostly to other people.
I didn't want to go anywhere, so largely I didn't.
I don't want to be entirely shut in next year. I don't know how ready I'll be to adventure next July, but I can hopefully hype myself up for it.
For now, all I want to do is embrace the cold and hide from the world in my sweaters, jackets and coats.
