Thanks to Maureen Thorson for introducing me to the poetry of Sarah Norcliffe Cleghorn last week. Read her poem "The Golf Links" from the AllPoetry website. It's no longer Labor Day, but it probably could have been posted any other day this past decade and still felt relevant.
