Oscar L Gude Jr, is the apparent name of the person who handed me the paper above. I couldn't find him online, save for a person who passed away in 2024. Given the family the document lists at the end, it doesn't appear to be the same person and possibly not a relative. He was on the 31 bus just a few weeks ago entertaining the driver with musical selections on his person sound and light system.
He handed me and everyone else within reach the following words (corrections only made when clarity was in question):
