My partner's father passed away over a year ago. He was a retired electrician and a constant tinkerer. Of the many items in our home (including a steampunk lamp), two in my personal collection include his pumped version of a "desk top jock" they used to sell in the eighties. This is more of a desktop gladiator or desktop Spartan, and he dominates the top of my bookshelf.
