My Last Boston Poetry Marathon Post
Still Giddy
I'm still going over stuff related to the Boston Poetry Marathon last weekend. I'll finally be able to post photos on their Facebook page later today.
I'm tired of people were saying how so much poetry in three days feels overwhelming.
What's the alternative? three hundred-plus days of feeling underwhelmed?
Like the title says, I'm still giddy.

Stone Soup on August 9: The Calm Before the Marathon
Not only do I hope to have a good turn out for this week's open mic on August 9, but I also hope that anyone who is coming into Boston for this weekend's 2018 Poetry Marathon will stop in and read a few poems and help add a couple of unofficial hours to this already 21 hour extravaganza coming this weekend. I'll still be giving away books and selling copies of my own book at a reduced price to help raise money to keep Stone Soup going.

Though the Marathon is Done...
Flemmings Beaubrun had some thoughts on the fifth year of the Marathon bombing. Check it out now on with this week's Epic Autism Report at Oddball Magazine.
